Return policy.

Each scarf is made to order. It takes time and effort to create each artwork. Please contact us before purchasing, info@inmamedina.com if you have questions or concerns. Of course, we will accept a return within 13 days of receiving your order. The item must be intact. We will not honor your return if the item is damaged or shows signs of wear. Please review your your order before purchasing or contact us if you have any questions. We are happy to assist in the decision making process. For special orders that require adjusting of any of the designs or sizes, let us know. We will work with you closely for an additional fee.
